In this semester of ecomm,  I really liked video and graphic design was fun. I am looking forward to coming back next semester.

web design

This was a hard project to do, the instructions were hard to follow and I lost my project once and I had to get a lot of help with this project. I now know that I am lot going to do web design or HTML. I did well in the first part of the project. All of the code and stuff made me confused. Overall, I didn't really like this but I did have a little fun.

Photoshop

This was a fun project to do. I liked how we took these pictures and put them all together to make one  big picture. A couple of thing I had problems with were that, I didn't know exactly how the clone tool worked. It was hard but also fun to use the clone tool to take out the trees and light poles.

This project was sort of complicated. I liked that we got to us so much color and we used to clone tool to make the butterfly look like it was flying. A couple of problems I had were, I couldn't figure out the the clone tool and the colors were hard to use.

I liked this project because it was the first one we did and it was a good introduction to photoshop. I felt like I was doing good for awhile but some of the little things like putting the logo behind the letter was a lot harder that I thought it would be.

This was my favorite project out of the four project we did for photoshop. I liked it so much because it was easy and there was nothing hard like using the clone tool or fading pictures. I had a problem with getting the border on the picture but I got it.

This project was really fun to do because I got to do my own thing. I used a circle because it was simple. I used the color blue because it was sort of a mellow color and I really like the color blue. The arrows in the name represent that I am always moving forward and progressing. I spent a lot of time on the sketches so that I could get the perfect logo. This was a fun project to do and I hope I can expand on this type of thing latter on.

In this project i learned how to make a cube, as you can see. It was interesting to use a video to make a picture and watching some else make it and me having to follow along. I liked using all of the short cut keys and making this from scratch. this was a fun project and I had a lot of fun doing this project.

My Font Type

My font type is Architype Van Doesburg and I like this font a lot, it looks exactly like why i think my font would look like. My 4 words were emotional, assertive, progressive, disciplined. I think that all of these words fit me very well. I think that emotional is fitting for me because, I am emotional, I like emotional moments. I also think that assertive fits me pretty well to, I like people to do what i tell them to do. I like progressive because i like progressing and getting things done. Disciplined is also good for me because I very disciplined and i do what people tell me to do.

I have learned a lot in this past week. at first we learned about colors and how they mix with, Triadic, warm and cool, monochromatic, analogous, complementary, split complementary. We learned that logos se these to describe how they are. in the shampoo thing, we learned that some logos are the same and different at the same time and how logos have a target audience.

Graphic Design

Graphic design is all about ideas and connecting with people using images and words. Using these images and words we can make a message to someone about something. We can also make logos for companies and business. You can use your own ideas and be creative with your projects.you can create a moment that people will remember through a picture. that is what graphic design is all about.

Ecomm interview

In this quarter of ecomm I have a so much fun. I like that I can look forward to this class. I have also learned a lot from this class. I was so used to doing all my video editing on iMovie and now that I have gotten to use Final Cut Pro, I really like editing a lot more. I have learned a lot of shortcut keys like command i, shift j, k, and l, the arrow keys, and the blade tool. These have all helped me a lot more than I thought they would. I have also liked working with other people, it makes doing the projects fun because I can see how other people did their video and maybe do that in one of my later projects, I really like how, with more than one person in a group working on a project, then you have more ideas and I makes it easer to come up with ideas for the project. I loved the 6 shot sequence because it sort of gave us just a set guideline on what shots to use in outer projects. Over all I have really liked this class and I hope to do this in the future.

In this project I leared a lot of new things. I learned how to use the keynotes to ajust the audio and make the audio fade out. I also learned that the music have a bigger role in a video than I realized. IN my next project I want to get some good music the will grab the watchers attention and make them want to watch it. I also want to do more filming so there arn't as many jump cuts and have longer clips. Collaboration was different in this projects because we had 3 people instead of just 2, so we had more minds to think of shots and each person can get the job and no one has to do more work than the other people. The way we could improve or collaboration in next project could be by not trying to rush everything and not try to get done with filming so fast.

 In this project i learned how to use slow-motion and how to speed things up in final cut pro. I also learned that when you get to the last frame of a clip, i little corner thing shows up so you know that it is the last frame of the clip. I also learned how to do the 6 shot sequence even better. I also learned how to use the arrow keys to go frame by frame in my clip. i am hopping to apply the slow motion to my next project to make things more dramatic. i also want to use the arrow keys to not have jump cuts.Collaboration is working with others to do a task and to achieve shared goals. I think that collaboration applies to the project because we had to work together as a group to make the film and finish and achieve our goal.

In this project I learned a lot of new tools. I learned about the 6 shots and how to use them. I also leraned a couple of new things that we can use in final cup pro. I leraned how to ajust the song so it will fade in and fade out. I also learned how to download free music from ismfilms.com. i am hoping to make the audio better and have more transitions next time.

ESTP stands for, Extroverted, Sensing, Thinking, and Perceiving. Extroverted is like, wanting to get the job done as soon as possible but also having fun with it. Sensing is like want to do hands on projects and dining them in a fun but also efficient way. Thinking is like we always are thinking about things and we are outspoken and like objectives. Perceiving is that we like to respond to things and get strait to the point. ESTP's like to get strait to work and learn by doing things like hands on projects with others. We are energetic, engaging, and always ready to get into the action.

I think my personality type fits me pretty well. i think that it is moistly right about me thogh. The extravert is kind of off because I like to, not get things done as soon as possible. The part about sensing is perfect, I love doing hands on projects with others. The third one, thinking is just a bit off, I like to think to myself a lot but I'm not so outspoken. The last one, perceiving is pretty mousy right, I like things to be stait to the point. I also think I am pretty energetic and I am excited a lot of the time.

Well for ESTP, I would take the roll of the "getter doner" and lead my team to success. I think that this fits my roll in a group perfectly and i like that i know this about me now. When this tool fits me in a group, we get the project done very quickly. When this roll doesn't fit me, say I'm tired or just lazy, I might relay on me partners. i think that if people judged me based on me being ESTP, the would get a pretty good understanding of me. Yes there are people i don't like and i think thats because we don't have the same personality types.

Tanner's first ecom project

This week in ecomm I have lerned about how to use final cut pro. i think that it is pretty close to iMovie and I have made a lot of videos like this before on iMovie. I like final cut pro a lot more than iMovie. i chose 5 different things that i like to do or watch. i took all the videos and took the best parts of them and put them all together in this one video. I really like doing this kind of thing and i hope to do more of this.
